摘要
将3种粗细程度不同的砂,即5 mm>D≥2.36 mm的粗砂2,.36 mm>D≥1.18 mm的中砂及1.18 mm>D≥0.6 mm的细砂,按均匀设计方法进行配合比组合,分别测得了各组合方案的堆积密度,找出最大堆积密度的一组,与粗砂、细砂作为3种试验砂,配制了M2.5-M5、M10、M15、M20四组不同强度等级的砂浆,分别测定其28 d强度和密度,分析了砂的粒径级配对砂浆性能的影响,指出:对于强度等级低的砂浆,在水泥用量一定的情况下,砂浆的砂粒越粗,强度越高,甚至高于最大堆积密度者,而当砂浆强度在M10以上时,组合砂浇筑的砂浆强度要大于粗砂浇筑的砂浆强度,且砂浆试块密度也是组合砂浇筑的较大。
Three types of sand in different coarseness degree,that is,coarse sand which particle size ranges from 2.36 mm to 5 mm,medium sand which particle size ranges from 1.18 mm to 2.36 mm,and fine sand which particle size ranges from 0.6 mm to 1.18 mm are combined by pro-portion according to uniform design method.Packing density corresponding to each combination plan is measured,and the plan corresponding to biggest packing density is regarded as test sand with coarse sand and fine sand.Four types of mortor in different strength grade,M2.5-M5,M10,M15,M20,are prepared and their density and intensity at the age of 28 days are measured.Experimental results are used to analyse the influence of size grading on mortar proporties.It is shown that the more coarse sand,the higher compressive strength for the mortor in low strength grade,coarse,even higher than the plan of maximum packing density.However,for the mortar which strength grade is higher than M10,the mortar strength and density of mixed sand will higher than that of coarse sand.
