摘要
根据前期水泥基电磁波吸收材料设计方案,重点研究材料的耐久性能,探明胶凝材料、聚合物、纤维等因素对水泥基吸波材料的抗冻性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和耐候性能的影响。粉煤灰替代15%水泥时,水泥基电磁波吸收材料抗压强度和抗冻性能最好,在此基础上,掺入聚合物、纤维与吸波谐振器等共同作用,使得水泥基电磁波吸收材料抗冻性性能提高,50次冻融循环后强度损失率3.92%,质量损失率1.78%;抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能提高,90 d抗压抗蚀系数为1.07,质量损失系数为0.95;耐候性增强,软化系数为0.94,干湿循环强度损失率为3.92%。
According to the early design scheme of cement-based composites with electromagnetic wave absorbing,this paper emphasizes on the study of the durability of this material.It has been found out that the frost resistance、the sulfate resistance and the weather resistance of the ce-ment-based composites with electromagnetic wave absorbing was influenced by cementitious material、polymer and fiber.When flyash replaced 15% of cement,this material exhibits a good property,and then the material mixed with polymer、fiber and microwave absorbing resonato has per-formded better.The frost resistance:the concrete strength loss rate is 3.92% and the weight loss rate was 1.78%;the sulfate resistance (90 d):the corrosion resistance coefficient was 1.07 and the weight loss coefficient was 0.95;the weather resistance:the softening coefficient was 0.94 and the strength loss rate in dry-wet alternate cycles was 3.92%.
