摘要
自主学习中心是践行自主学习理念的理想场所。语言咨询导师是自主中心建立后出现的一种新兴职业。本文从职业缘起、角色内涵、工作模式、专业发展和职业展望等方面阐述了语言咨询导师对培养学习者自我管理学习能力的作用及其职业化发展状况。
Self-access centers are the ideal places for learners to implement autonomous learning. A new proiession of language learning adviser emerges on the scene as a result of the establishment of self-access centers. This paper describes language learning advisers＇ contributions to the development of learner self-management, and elaborates on their professional development by analyzing the professional origins, professional role connotations, working patterns, professional development programs and professional prospects.
