摘要
自2003年开车以来,中国石油吉林石化公司电石厂AES车间中和板式换热器1-HE50101泄漏堵塞频繁,大约每2~3个月就因为板片泄漏或堵塞造成系统停车。通过反复实验:每次停车前改用AES24O2置换AES24O3;生产AES24O3时先改生产AES24O2,正常后在切换AES24O3,这样有效防止中和换热器的堵塞泄漏,不但节约了检修和备件费用,也减少了能耗和物耗的浪费,保证了装置的安全生产。
In AES workshop of Calcium Carbide Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company,plate-type heat exchanger 1-HE50101 for neutralization reaction has been frequently blocked since 2003,which occurs about every 2 or 3 months because of its plate been leaked or blocked.By trial and error to obtain a conclusion: Replace AES24O3 by AES24O2 before each lockout;first produce AES24O2,and then switch to produce AES24O3 when all conditions are normal.This method not only effectively prevents heat exchanger's blockage and leakage,but also saves the repair and spare parts charge and reduces the waste of energy and material consumptions,which guarantees safe production of the device.
