摘要
[目的]探讨健康教育对糖尿病肾病病人病情的影响,为尽可能地延缓糖尿病肾病病人病情的进展提供理论依据。[方法]选取我院内分泌科、肾内科确诊为糖尿病肾病病人50例,随机分为观察组、对照组,两组实施相同的治疗方案和基础护理,观察组在此基础上实施健康教育护理,观察两组各项指标[血糖(GLu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白总量(Pro)、尿糖、尿蛋白]变化,评定健康教育护理对糖尿病肾病病人的影响。[结果]观察组实施健康教育后各项指标均明显下降,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]积极开展健康教育护理可以明显改善糖尿病肾病病人的各项检验指标,从而改善肾功能,减缓糖尿病肾病病人的病情进展。
Objective:To probe into the influence of health educational nursing on pathogenetic condition of patients with diabetic nephropathy,to provide some theoretical bases for possibly delaying the process of pathogenet- ic condition of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Method: A total of 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy from the endocrinology and urology de- partment were divided into test and control groups randomly. All two group cases accepted the same treatment protocols and basic nursing care. And besides that, patients of test group were carried out health educational nursing. Indexes inc'luding blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, total amount of 24- hours urine protein, urine glucose, and urine protein changes of the two group patients were observed. And the influence of health educational nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy was evaluated. Results:Each index of the test group cases was declined obviously after the health education. Compared with control group cases, there were statistical significant differences between them (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Health educational nursing can obviously improve each index of patients with diabetic nephropathy. It could improve the renal function and slow down the process of pathogenetic condition progress of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
