摘要
目的探讨小儿先心病的外科治疗及护理效果。方法体外循环手术375例,非体外循环手术18例,其中急症和限期手术34例。严密观察患儿神志、瞳孔和生命体征,做好各项护理。结果 393例患儿,术后存活374例,存活率为95.2%;死亡19例,病死率为4.8%,其中急症和限期手术病死率为8.8%。结论先心病应尽早手术治疗;反复发生肺炎、心衰、内科治疗无效的患儿应实施急症手术;加强患儿心脏手术期间肺保护及围手术期肺部并发症的防治与护理是提高存活率的关键。
Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment and nursing care for infants with congenital heart diseases.Methods There were 375 cases of CPB operations and 18 cases of non-CPB operations.There were 34 cases of emergency or time-limited operations.The mind status,the pupil and other vital signs were closely observed and proper nursing care was given.Results Of the 393 cases,374 cases survived the operation with the survival rate being 95.2%.19 cases（4.8%）died,with the mortality rate of emergency and time-limited operations being 8.8%.Conclusion Infants of congenital heat disease need early surgical treatment,and emergency operation is especially helpful in infants with repeated pneumonia,heart failure and futile cases after internal treatment.Enhancing lung protection during cardiac surgery and preventing perioperative pulmonary complications are the key to improving survival rate.
