摘要
目的探讨肝移植受者出院疾病不确定感与社会支持的关系。方法采用便利抽样方法,分别用Mishel疾病不确定感社区量表(MUISC)和社会支持量表(SSRS)调查肝移植受者出院疾病不确定感和社会支持。结果肝移植受者出院疾病不确定感处于中等水平,平均(59.84±10.94)分,疾病不确定感与社会支持总分及客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度均呈低度负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论社会支持影响肝移植受者出院疾病不确定感。
Objective To explore the relationship between uncertainty in illness and social support in liver recipients.Methods Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Community Form（MUISC）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） were used to survey the liver recipients＇uncertainty and social support by convenience sampling medthod.Results The participants had moderate level of uncertainty of（59.84±10.94）.The uncertainty in illness was negatively related to the scores of ＂objective support＂,＂subjective support＂,＂the availability of social support＂ and ＂the total score of social support＂（P0.01或P0.05）.Conclusion The uncertainty of liver recipients is affected by social support.
