摘要
目的观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)及人细小病毒B19(HPVB19)与特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病之间的关系。方法分别采用胶体金试验和酶联免疫吸附剂方法(ELISA)对67例ITP患者及50例正常对照者血清HP抗体和HPVB19抗体进行测定。结果 67例ITP患者血清HP抗体及HPVB19抗体阳性率均高于正常对照者(P<0.01)。结论 HP及HPVB19与ITP发病关系密切。
Objective To observe the relations between helicobacter pylori（HP）,human parvovirus B19（HPVB19） and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） attack.Methods HP and HPVB19 antibody were identified by testing serums of 67 ITP patients and 50 normal people through colloidal gold test and ELISA test.Results The positive detection rates of HP and HPVB19 antibody in ITP patients were much higher than those of the normal collators（P0.01）.Conclusion There exists close relationship between HP,HPVB19 and ITP.
