摘要
林地是森林资源的重要组成部分,是林业生产建设最基本的生产要素,是林业发展之本。作为三峡库区的夷陵区,保护三峡生态资源,构建三峡生态屏障,林地资源的管理尤为重要。笔者从夷陵区林地资源的现状出发,分析了林地资源管理中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了林地资源保护建议。
The woodland resource is the important part of woodland,which is the basic production factor of forest production construction,also fundament of forest development.It is importance for protecting ecological resources,building ecological barrier,forest land resource management as part of Three Gorges Region.The authors from existing situation of forest land resources,existing problems and reasons,proposed suggestion for protecting forest land.
