摘要
在构建和谐社会的宏观背景下,构建和谐校园、实施素质教育的要求以及新形势下各种新问题的出现、培育体系自身的不足等要素促使我们要对高校人才培育体系进行新思考与新探索。以和谐为理念进行和谐的培育目标、培育手段、培育模式、培育内容、培育环境的构建,实现当前高校人才培育体系内部诸要素的和谐,促成知识培育体系与人格培育体系的统一,培育全面发展的合格人才。
In the background of forming a harmonious society, a harmonious campus, an all - round education, new problems in new situation, deficiencies in training system and others make us examine and explore the personnel training system in universities and colleges. The idea of harmony must be into the training pattern, means, mode, object, environment and so on to achieve the harmony of all factors and make knowledge system and personality training as a whole, and thus qualified persons with ability may be had.
