摘要
美国的儿科学教育在世界上居于领先地位，有许多值得学习和借鉴之处。参照美国的儿科医师培养模式，应当提高我国医学生的准入门槛，加大儿科学教育投入，改进教学方法，采用住院医师规范化培训的方式培养标准化儿科医师。
American pediatrician education is the most advanced in the world. We can learn much from their successful experience. To improve our pediatrician training model, interview should be applied in entrance, more investment is needed, educatinal methods should be improved and standardized training of resident pediatrician is imperative.
