摘要
在同一校园文化中,不同的班级间存在着一定的文化差异。这种差异,不但体现了不同班级间的个性特征,更反映了各班级间发展水平的差异。因此,加强班级文化建设,努力营造积极向上的班级文化,已成为提高班级管理水平和促进学生发展的一个重要举措。本文从认识班级文化建设的德育功能入手,介绍了在班级文化建设中渗透德育的方法。
Cultural differences exists in different classes in the same school culture,which reflect the characteristics and the differences of the development of different classes.Therefore,to strength the construction of the class culture and build active class culture has become an important method for enhancing the class management and advancing the students' development.This paper includes the measures of integrating moral teaching into the class cultural construction,which begins from the knowledge on the function of moral teaching in the class cultural construction.
