The formation of an excellent class needs not only the class adviser＇s lead,the students＇ effort,but also the course teachers play an active role in education.The class adviser should deal with the good relationship between the course teachers actively,so that the course teachers would like to take part in the class administration by their subjective initiative.It is a powerful education effort that can cultivate the students that meet the needs of social development of high quality talents.
