摘要
铅是常见的重金属污染物,在人体内具有蓄积性,当摄入过量时,会对神经系统、消化系统和造血系统造成危害。因此,在食品、食品添加剂中,铅作为一项判定其质量合格与否的重要卫生指标。目前,《食品添加剂硫酸铝钾》GB1895-2004中铅含量测定是火焰原子吸收分光光度法和双硫腙比色法。本文主要探讨应用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定食品添加剂硫酸铝钾中铅含量的方法和技术。在实验条件下利用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定,方法线性范围为0 8ug/L,相关系数r=0.9998,检测限为0.08363ug/L,低、中、高3个浓度相对标准偏差分别为2.7%、2.3%、2.0%,回收率为95.0%109.5%。结果表明用该法测定硫酸铝钾铅含量回收率高,方法简单,灵敏度高,可操作性强,是测定硫酸铝钾中铅含量的可靠方法。
Lead is a common metal pollutant and can,it will be accumulated in human body.when taken high amounts,leadIt is harmful for the nerveous system,digestive system and hematopoietic system if taken too much.Therefore,in food,food additives,lead is an important health index to judge whetherfactor to evaluate its quality food or food additives in national standardqualified or not.At present,lead content in the "food additive GB1895-2004 of"alumina potassiumis determined byof lead determination is a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and dithizone colorimetric method.This article mainly discusses the method and technology of determining lead in Aluminum Potassium Sulfate by using atomic fluorescence photometers.Under the conditions proposed,the linear range for the determination of selenium was found to be 08ug/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998.The detection limits was 0.08363ug/L and the value of relative standard deviation was 2.7%、2.3%、2.0% in low,midmedium,and high three different kinds of densityconcentration respectively.The recovery rate of spiking standard for total selenium was in the range of 95.0%109.5%.The method is simple for the determination of the lead content in aluminum potassium sulfate with good recovery,high sensitivity,and simple operation.It is the reliable method for determining the lead content in aluminum potassium sulfate.
