摘要
汽车制动器是关系到行车安全的关键设备,其质量至关重要,而完善的测试体系和测试设备是保证产品质量的前提。在分析汽车制动器惯性试验台基本原理基础上,建立动力学方程的差分控制模型,并给出多步能量估计遗传PID控制算法,实现对能量误差动态跟踪。根据输出目标扭矩对电流进行一定的补偿,解决了对误差变化趋势的预测和精确控制问题。仿真实验表明,基于遗传PID算法的智能控制方法使系统误差得到精确控制。
Automotive brake is related to traffic safety critical equipment,its quality is critical,while complete test systems and test equipment is to ensure the quality of products.Dynamic control model of differential equations was established and genetic PID control algorithm of multi-step energy estimation was given by anglicizing for basic principles of automobile test-bed braking system.On the basis of tracking error of energy,electromotor driven current was compensated according as output target of torque moment.Thereby trend of the error was forecasted and precise control problem was solved.Finally,the results of simulation experiment show that the output error of system is accurate controlled.
