摘要
目的:探讨三七总皂苷对糖尿病性大鼠血脂水平及血液流变学的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,观察三七总皂苷对糖尿病大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响。结果:三七总皂苷200mg·kg^(-1)剂量组可使糖尿病大鼠的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著增高(P<0.05),100mg·kg^(-1)剂量组可使HDL显著增高(P<0.05),100mg·kg^(-1)剂量组可使TG、LDL显著降低(P<0.05);三七总皂苷50mg·kg^(-1)剂量组可显著降低糖尿病大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及血小板黏附率(P<0.05),50mg·kg^(-1)剂量组可显降低红细胞压积。结论:三七总皂苷能改善糖尿病大鼠的血脂水平,改善大鼠的血液流变性,对防治糖尿病血管并发症有较好作用。
Objective:To study the effects of panax notoginseng saponins on blood lipid and hemorheology in rats with diabetes mellitus(DM).Method:DM model was induced by STZ.The effects of panax notoginseng saponins on blood lipid and hemorheology in DM rats were observed.Result;The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)were decreased by panax notoginseng saponins while the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)was increased(P〈0.05),and hemorheoloical indices were all improved compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion;Panax notoginseng saponins could significantly improve the abnormalities in hemorheology and lipid metabolism in DM rats.
