摘要 以联苯二甲酸为原料,经氯化亚砜酰氯化合成联苯二甲酰氯,再与二苯醚缩聚,合成聚联苯醚酮酮。用IR,DTA,TGA等对聚联苯醚酮酮进行表征。结果表明,合成的聚合物玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为244℃,热分解5%的温度(T_d)为357℃,是一种热稳定性很高的高分子聚合材料。 Polydiphenyl ether ketone ketone (DPEKK) was synthesized by polycondensation of dipheyl oxide and diphenyl dimethyl chloride (DPC) which was obtained by the reaction of 4,4 -diphthalic acid with SOCI2. The product was characterized by FT - IR, DTA and TGA. The glass transition temperature of the polymer is 244 ℃ ,5% mass loss took place at 357 ℃, showing that it had high thermal stability.
