摘要
目的:了解杭州地区食品用塑料包装的质量现状,为今后卫生监督执法和评价提供科学依据。方法:对杭州市食品用塑料包装企业进行随机抽样送检,采用相关强制性国家标准进行判定。结果:本次食品用塑料包装产品卫生质量调查共抽检了60家企业的60批次产品,其中非复合膜25批次,批次合格率为100%;复合膜35批次,批次合格率为80.0%,主要质量问题为溶剂残留总量项目和苯类溶剂残留量项目不合格。结论:今后应进一步加强食品用塑料包装的监测力度,确保塑料食品包装材料的安全性。
Objective：The study was conducted to investigate the quality situation of the plastic food packaging materials in Hangzhou area and provide scientific basis for future hygienic supervision and evaluation.Methods：Samples were collected randomly from the corporations in Hangzhou.The analysis was done by the national standard method.Results：60 samples from 60 corporations were tested.All samples were composed of 35 composite films and 25 non-composite films,the qualified rate were 100% and 80.0% respectively.The unqualified items were residual solvent of benzenes and total residual solvent.Conclusion：We should strengthen the supervision for plastic food packaging material to insure the safety.
