经尿道电切联合丝裂霉素膀胱热灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经尿道电切术后联合丝裂霉素热灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。方法对34例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切后行丝裂霉素(MMC)膀胱热灌注化疗。结果 34例患者中,临床症状完全消失24例,好转7例,复发3例。18例出现不同程度的尿频、尿急、尿痛及膀胱区疼痛,肉眼血尿14例。全身反应少见。在6~24个月复发再次电切气化切除,随访期间内未发现恶变者。结论经尿道电切联合MMC膀胱热灌注化疗腺性膀胱炎是一种可行有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the method and curative effect of the treatment of glandular cystitis with electro-proststectomy through urethra combined with MMC bladder hot reperfusion.Methods To conduct MMC bladder hot reperfusion chemo-treatmeat for 34 patients with glandular cystitis after electro-proststectomy through urethra.Results Arnong the 34 cases,clinical sympoms of 24 cases disappeared completely,7 cases improved,3 cases relapsed.Eighteen cases had various degree of frequency of urination,urgency of micturition,and odynuria and aching in bladder area.Fourteen cases had gross hematuria,systemic reactions were seen rarely.For the relapsed in 6-24 months,electro-proststectomy were done again,no malignant cases were found during follow-up.Conclusion The treatment of glandular cystitis with electro-proststectomy through urethra combined with MMC bladder hot reperfusion is a feasible effective method.
