摘要
利用超声波辅助法对玉米蛋白粉进行脱色处理,通过响应面分析法优化脱色条件,得到脱色的最佳条件是:超声时间20min,超声温度25℃,料液比1︰20,pH4。酶解、抽滤脱除淀粉效果显著。
Corn gluten meal was decolored with ultrasonic wave extraction. The decoloring condition was optimized according to Box-Behnken central composition design principle, and the optimum decoloring conditions were obtained as follows: time of extraction 20 min, temperature 25 ℃, ratio of liquid to solid 1∶20, pH4.The effect of removal of starch was remarkable through the process of enzymatic hydrolysis and air pump filtration, etc.
