摘要
在低压供配电系统中,电气装置绝缘降低老化、因过电压击穿、外力损伤等原因,都可能使设备金属底座、设备金属外壳,金属框架等正常情况不带电的部分带电,为了防止设备意外带电引起电气设各损坏和人身触电伤亡事故。通常采取保护接地和保护接零的措施进行保护。
In the electrical power supply and distribution system,electrical equipment insulation to reduce aging,voltage breakdown,external injury and other causes all possibly cause the uncharged equipments be in charged,such as,metal foundation,metal outer covering of the equipment,the metal frame and so on.In order to avoid the damage of electrical equipment caused by charged equipment and casualty accident,we usually adopt the measure of protecting grounding and meeting zero.
