摘要
随着信息和网络技术的发展,企业的虚拟化日益普遍。虚拟化后的企业人力资源管理问题也开始突现。本文从企业虚拟化的特点分析入手,对当前企业人力资源存在的问题进行了分析,文章认为当前企业虚拟化后社会观念上认识不够是问题的核心所在,提出要解决当前企业虚拟化后人力资源管理更新观念,运用新的技术手段加强对业虚拟化后的人力资源的管理,提高企业管理效率。
With the development of information and network technology, enterprise virtualization becomes increasingly common. After the virtualization, the issues of human resource management have begun to emerge. In this paper, from analyzing the characteristics of enterprise virtualization, the current problems in corporate human resources are analyzed.
