摘要
目的:分析重型颅脑损伤术中急性脑膨出发生的原因和相应的防治对策。方法:回顾分析本院2005年1月～2010年6月重型颅脑损伤患者术中发生急性脑膨出的60例患者的临床资料,总结其成因及防治对策。结果:60例患者中死亡37例,死亡率为61.7%,重残8例,中残9例,良好6例。结论:急性弥漫性脑肿胀、迟发性颅内血肿、广泛性挫裂伤是术中急性脑膨出的主要原因。术中根据不同的原因采取相应的防治措施,可以降低急性脑膨出的发生,减轻其对脑组织的损害。
Objective： To analyze the patients with acute severe head injury causes brain swelling occurred and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods： Retrospectived analyze of the patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients with acute brain swelling occurred in 60 patients with clinical data from January 2005 to June 2010 in our hospital,measured summary its causes and countermeasures.Results： In the 60 patients,37 cases were died,the mortality rate was 61.7%,severe disability in 8 cases,the residual in 9 cases,good in 6 cases.Conclusion： Acute diffuse brain swelling,delay intracranial hematoma,contusion extensive surgery in acute brain swelling is the main reason.Depending on the reason for surgery to take appropriate preventive measures can reduce the incidence of acute brain swelling,reducing its impact on brain tissue damage.
