摘要
档案是重要的信息资源,是学校的宝贵财富。本文通过调查,分析了高职院校档案管理工作的现状及原因,提出了加强高职院校档案工作需转变思想观念、完善管理体系、提高人员素质、加大经费投入、丰富档案内容、提高档案利用率等建议和对策。
File are important information resources to colleges.After investigating the present situation and analysing the reasons of file management in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forwards the following ideas to improve the situation： converting ideas,perfecting management system,improving staff＇s quality,making good use of funds,enriching the contents of files,increasing the utilization ratio.
