摘要
目的：总结急性有机磷中毒中间综合征的护理体会。方法：收集不同时间段急性有机磷中毒中间综合征患者的病例资料，观察组11例行系统化整体护理，对照组12例行传统中毒后护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组护理效果明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：系统化整体护理可使患者在心理和躯体等各方面得到最大限度的受益，值得推广应用。
Objective： To summary the clinical nursing of organophosphorus pesticides poisoning reauh in intermediate syndrome. Methods： To collect the cases of patients with organophosphorus pesticides poisoning reault in intermediate syndrome of different period. The observtion group（11 cases） was applied for the significant nursing measures,the control greup（12 cases） was applied for the traditional nursing method, and then compared the nursing efficacy of them. Results： Comparing the results of two groups of patients, the observtion group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The significant nursing measures can make patients in the psychological and physical and so on various aspects to get the maximum benefit,it was worthy of popularizing.
