摘要
经济困难学生的资格认定是落实国家资助政策的核心和基础性工作,在中央和地方政府、高校等共同努力下,经济困难学生的学业问题基本解决。但是,在实际工作中,依然存在认定认识上的偏颇、责任的旁落、标准的含糊等影响公平的诸多问题,所以我们要提高认识、转变观念,及时细化认定制度,厘清认定责任,完善认定过程。
The recognition of qualification for poor college students is a core and basic job to implement government aid policy.In the joint efforts of central and local governments,academic problems of poor college students have been almost solved.However,in the practical work,there still exist such problems such as false recognition,unclear responsibility,ambiguous standards etc.It requires us to improve the understanding,change our ideas,strengthen authentication system timely,distinguish responsibility,and perfect cognizance process.
