摘要
数字信号处理(digital signal processor,DSP)芯片具有强大的数据运算功能和高运行速度,为了充分利用芯片的硬件资源,需要对基于硬件的软件进行优化。以具有ZSP典型体系结构的ZSP400为例,设计其目标代码优化算法,并以这些优化算法为基础开发了ZSP400优化器来优化其目标代码。为了验证这些优化算法的正确性,开发了一款ZSP400模拟器。实验表明,经过这些优化算法处理后的目标代码在时间效率和空间效率上都得到了提高。
DSP( digital signal processor)chips have a powerful data computing power and a high running speed. In order to take full advantage of the chip hardware resources, it is necessary to optimize software based on hardware. ZSP400 object codes optimizing algorithms based on the system structure of ZSP400 which is the typical representative of the ZSP family have been designed in this paper. A ZSP400 optimizer was developed based on these algorithms. A ZSP400 simulator was developed for the purpose of checking the correctness of these algorithms. As shown by the experiment, after been opti- mized, the object eode's efficiency of time and space has been improved effectively.
