摘要
以二苯胺(DPA)和二异丁烯(DIB)为原料,通过烷基化反应,合成液态烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂.采用气相色谱对产物组分进行分析并与国外进口样品比较,探求最佳合成工艺.文中主要探讨了催化剂用量、物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等对合成工艺的影响,利用红外光谱、热重分析对产物的性能进行了表征.结果表明,液态烷基化二苯胺的最佳合成工艺为nDPA∶nD IB=1∶1.3、催化剂用量为DPA质量的3.0%、反应温度为155℃、反应时间为5 h;所得产物中残余二苯胺为0.33%,二辛基二苯胺为10.9%;由热重分析可知,本文合成产物的热稳定性优于进口产品.
A liquid alkylated diphenylamine antioxidant is synthesized via alkylation reaction using diphenylamine(DPA) and C8alkene(DIB) as the raw materials.Aiming to develop the optimal synthesis process,the product quality is analyzed using the gas chromatography in comparison to the imported product.The effects of mixture ratio of catalyst amount,raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors are discussed on the synthesis process and product quality.Various product performances are evaluated using IR spectrum and TG analysis.The results show that synthesis process of the liquid alkylated diphenylamine are good when the mole ratio of the DPA/DIB is 1∶1.3,the mass volume of the catalyst is 3.0% to DPA,the reaction temperature is 155 ℃ and the reaction time is 5 hours.The residue contents of diphenylamine and dioctyldiphenylamine in the final product are 0.33% and 10.90% respectively.The thermal stability of the synthetic product is better than that of the imported product.
