摘要
据统计,建筑耗能已经占我国全社会耗能40%以上,住宅耗能在建筑耗能中约占50%。我国面临着严重的能源与资源危机下,实现住宅的低碳节能意义重大。探讨了低碳住宅的设计原则和实现途径,并结合国内外低碳住宅建设案例分析,证明住宅的低碳排放是完全能够实现的。
According to the latest statistics,building energy consumption has accounted for 40% of the whole energy consumption,and housing energy consumption has been about 50% of building energy consumption.Now,China is facing serious energy and resource crisis,so achieving low-carbon energy-saving housing is full of significance.Combined with the analysis of cases about low-carbon housing construc-tion domestically and abroad,it mainly discusses the design principles and the realization approach of low-carbon houses,proving the housing low-carbon emissions could be achieved entirely.
