摘要
目的探讨血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)和葡萄糖(GLU)水平与脑梗死发病的关系。方法用氧化酶法测定清晨空腹血清LDL-C、TG和GLU含量,比较梗死组和对照组之间的差异性。结果梗死组LDL-C、TG和GLU均显著高于对照组;51~80岁梗死组LDL-C和TG显著高于其他年龄组,40~70岁组GLU显著高于71~岁组。结论高TG、LDL-C和GLU都是脑梗死的危险因素,三者参与了脑梗死的发生和发展,若能及时控制血脂和血糖将有助于预防脑梗死或减轻病残程度。
Objective To explore the relation of serum LDL-C,TG and GLU levels and cerebral infarction,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Limosis serum LDL-C,TG and GLU of all the subjects were determined through oxidase in the morning,then the differences between experimental group and the control were identified.Results The levels of LDL-C,TG and GLU in experimental group were significantly higher than those of controls.The levels of LDL-C and TG in 51~80 years old experimental group were higher than the other two groups.The level of GLU in 40~70 years old was higher than that in 〉71 years old.Conclusion High levels of TG,LDL-C and GLU are the dangerous factors of cerebral infarction,and they all participate in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction.If blood glucose and fat are controlled in time,cerebral infarction will be prevented or the morbidity will be alleviated probably.
