摘要
目的探讨PTTG、MMP-2在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达,研究其与病理分级的关系,分析二者在表达过程中的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测PTTG、MMP-2在正常脑组织及在不同病理级别人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达。结果 PTTG、MMP-2在2组阳性表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表达阳性率随病理级别的增高呈增高趋势,低度恶性组与恶性组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而恶性组与高度恶性组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二者在表达过程中存在正相关(r=0.504,P<0.05)。结论 PTTG和MMP-2在人脑星形细胞瘤的发生发展过程中存在正相关性,PTTG可能通过MMP-2促进肿瘤的发生和发展。
Objective To detect the expressions of PTTG and MMP-2 in human astrocytoma and the relationship between the two proteins.Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of PTTG and MMP-2 in human astrocytoma with different pathology grades.Results Positive expressions were found in all different malignant grades tumors.The expression levels of PTTG and MMP-2 were positively correlative with the malignant grades(P〈0.05).There was a positive relationship between PTTG and MMP-2(r=0.504,P〈0.05).Conclusion There is a positive relationship between PTTG and MMP-2 in human astrocytoma.PTTG may contribute to oncogenesis by induction of MMP-2 secretion and expression.
