摘要
目的:分析综合康复护理对促进脑卒中伴有肩手综合征(SHS)的患者上肢功能恢复的效果。方法:选择2009年6月～2010年12月来我院诊治的合并有SHS的脑卒中患者138例,按照随机数字表法分成干预组和对照组各69例,对照组采用脑卒中患者传统常规护理,干预组在对照组护理的基础上采取综合康复护理措施,对比分析两组患者干预前后的疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能评分。结果:两组患者干预后疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能均较干预前有所改善,较治疗前差异均具有统计学意义(△P<0.05);干预后干预组疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能恢复均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(▲P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理可以促进伴有SHS脑卒中患者上肢功能的恢复,减轻SHS带来的痛苦。
Objective：To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabitation nursing on upper extremity functional recovery of stroke patients complicated with shoulder - hand syndrome. Methods：Selected 138 stroke patients with shoulder - hand syndrome came to our department from June 2009 to December 2010. The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,69 patients in each group. The patients in control group were geiven stroke routine nursing, the patients in intervention group were geiven comprehensive rehabitation nursing on the base of routine nursing, the hand pain, hydropie, upper extremity function before and after intervention were compared. Results：The hand pain, hydropic, upper extremity function of two groups became better after intervention, there were significant difference before and after the intervention（ AP 〈 0.05 ）. The pain score , sweeling and upper extremity function after intervention were better than control group There were significant difference between the two groups （ A P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabitation nursing can promote the recovery of upper limb function and reduce the pain of stroke patients complicated with shoulder - hand syndrome.
