摘要
针对硅酸盐型防冻液的不稳定性,研究考察防冻液配制过程中工艺参数对硅酸钠稳定性的影响.通过正交试验确定硅酸盐型防冻液配制的最佳工艺条件:硅酸钠的质量百分比为0.2%、添加硅酸钠时溶液的pH值为9、硅酸钠与稳定剂质量比为1∶1.5、硅酸钠加入时间控制在20min.
Aimed at the instability of silicate-based antifreeze,the influence of different technological parameters on its stability in its compounding process was investigated.By means of orthogonal tests,the optimum processing conditions for silicate antifreeze were determined as follows,the mass-fraction of sodium metasilicate was 0.2%(w/w),the pH-value of solution before adding sodium metasilicate was 9,the mass ratio of sodium metasilicate to stabilizer was 1∶1.5,and the addition period of sodium metasilicate was 20 min.
