摘要
本文在于研究房价收入比的意义,通过多角度研究与分析房价收入比,明确其影响因素,可以更好地进行房地产市场分析,判断房价高低,预测未来房价走势等。文章认为对房价收入比不能单一的理解,需要把因素都考虑进去,全面的分析和判断。
This paper is to study the significance of the price earnings ratio,research and analysis by multi-angle price earnings ratio,clearly the impact of factors that can better to analysis the real estate market,to determine the price level,to predict future price movements and so on.Article that the price earnings ratio can not understand by single,need factors are taken into account,comprehensive analysis and judgments.
