摘要
大学生村官政策与南平下派干部做法具有:政策价值取向的共同性,下派载体的一致性,下派政策获得社会广泛认同,政策的成效性较高,有强力的政策支持等共性。同时,南平下派干部做法对大学生村官政策具有一定的借鉴意义,它使大学生村官找到精神依托,有效地解决大学生村官选派范围比较小和专业不对口的问题,进一步增强大学生村官工作效果,强化大学生村官的责权意识,开辟了对下派人员激励的新途径。
The policy of assigning university students to be grassroot officials and that of delegating cadres to lower level in Nanping has something in common： the same policy and value orientation,the identical assigning entities,the widely-acknowledged delegating policy by the society,the efficient policy implementation,the strong support to the policy.Meanwhile,the policy of delegating cadres to lower level in Nanping has a salutary lesson to the policy of assigning university students to be grassroot officials,who find comfort in spirit,and efficiently solve the problems of narrow fields in assigning and inappropriate majors in working,so as to further reinforce the working efficiency of the university students as grassroot officials,strengthen their consciousness of duty and power,and open a new way of promoting the cadres to the lower level.
