网络在深刻地改变人们信息交流方式甚至是生活方式的同时,也在改变着包括政治生态在内的社会上层建筑。互联网己经成为了当今最主流的信息交流媒介,从技术上突破了传统媒介民主形式的局限,为民主政治注入了新的活力,也对现实政治生活带来了前所未有的改变,为参与式民主的充分发展提供了重要的契机。
Internet has changed people way of communicating and living as well as superstructure condition which includes political ecology.As a mainstream media of information conveyance,internet has broken the limits of democracy mainly conducted by traditional media and has brought about new blood into democratic politics in an unprecedented way.It has offered important opportunities for the sufficient development of democracy.
