摘要
社会对毕业生质量的整体评价,主要是评价毕业生群体能否很好地适应国家、社会、市场的需求。高校提高人才培养质量,就是提高人才培养对社会的适应程度,提高人才培养与培养目标的符合程度。近年来,笔者对本院毕业生的质量进行了跟踪调查,在此基础上提出了提高人才培养质量与人才竞争力的措施与对策。
The comments on graduates is mainly about the abilities to adjust to the demands from our country,society,market of graduates.Improving talents quality is to improve their adjusting abilities and the compatibility between talents and markets needs.Recently,the author has done a following investigation on graduate quality and put forward measures and solutions to improve talents quality and competitiveness.
