摘要
以博弈论为理论基础,以湖南隆回小沙江为个案,采用个案研究与理论推演的方法,对当代农民合作难原因与对策进行了博弈论分析。首先考察当代农民合作现状,发现农民善分不善合,其原因是农民的个体理性与集体理性存在冲突;然后对农民合作不能持久的原因进行探讨,发现农民的过程理性是选择合作一段时期后在别人不合作之前选择"不合作",而结果理性却是一直合作直到行动结束,农民的过程理性与结果理性矛盾导致农民合作难以持续;最后,提出应加大惩罚力度、改变博弈规则和创新博弈制度等政策建议,以促使农民从不合作走向合作、从短期合作走向长期合作。
With Longhui County in Hunan as a case,this paper analyzed the reasons and countermeasures of difficulties in farmers on the theoretical basis of the Game Theory by adopting case study and theoretical deduction methods.Firstly,through investigating farmers' current cooperative situation,it found that the conflicts between individual ration and collective ration lead to farmer's noncooperation.Then it discussed why farmers' cooperation could not last for a long time and the results indicated that farmer's process ration would choose noncooperation after cooperating for a period of time before others choose cooperation,while result ration would cooperate till the act be ended,from which the conflicts between process ration and result ration would lead to difficult cooperation.Finally,it put forward some suggestions such as strengthen punishment,alter the Game rules and innovate the Game systems so as to improve farmer's cooperation,especially the long-term cooperation.
