摘要
利用生长速率法研究了大蒜根际区物乙酸乙酯浸提液对番茄晚疫病病菌的化感抑制作用。结果表明,大蒜根际区物乙酸乙酯浸提液各浓度均表现为化感抑制作用,并且大蒜根际区物浸提液对番茄晚疫病病菌的化感抑制作用明显强于相应的非根际区物浸提液;大蒜根际区物乙酸乙酯浸提液RS80%浓度在48 h时对番茄晚疫病菌的化感抑制效果达到最好,抑制率为75.85%,比同浓度的S80%的抑制率高出43.71个百分点。不同浓度处理随时间延长对番茄晚疫病病菌的化感抑制作用均表现逐渐减弱的趋势。
This test using growth rate method to study the rhizosphere that garlic area ethyl acetate extraction liquid tomato late blight to mention the germ of the feeling of inhibition.The results of the study showed that,garlic rhizosphere area content ethyl acetate extraction liquid concentration were all mention of inhibition performance for the sense,and garlic rhizosphere area sedimentate polysaccharose of tomatoes that liquid late blight the inhibition of germs were much higher than the corresponding rhizosphere area sedimentate polysaccharose,liquid that;Garlic rhizosphere area content ethyl acetate extraction liquid concentration in RS80 % to 48 h of tomato late blight of bacteria were inhibition effect to the best,inhibition of 75.85%,than with concentration of the S80 % the inhibition rate to the 43.71% higher.With different concentration over time to extend the tomato late blight of germs were all represented the inhibition was gradually decreasing trend.
