改良Pemberton髋臼成形术治疗儿童发育性髋关节脱位34例的体会

摘要 目的探讨改良Pemberton髋臼成形术治疗发育性髋关节脱位的治疗效果。方法采用Pemberton截骨术治疗发育性髋关节脱位34例36个髋,采用Mckay髋关节功能评定标准及Severin髋关节X线评定标准评价疗效。结果术后随访时间平均30.3个月,30个髋关节为优,4个为良,2个为中,无差级病例。X线片结果显示CE角平均25.5°,髋臼指数平均19.7°,1个髋出现股骨头缺血性坏死,1例翻转成形的髋臼折断,无骨骺早闭发生。根据Severin的评定标准,26个髋关节功能Ⅰ级26个,Ⅱ级7个,Ⅲ级3个。结论改良Pemberton髋臼成形术是治疗发育性髋关节脱位的理想术式之一,操作简单、安全。
