摘要 用液压缸驱动的滑块摆杆机构,以滑块为主动件,摆杆可摆动设定的角度。通过安装在摆杆上的插销液压缸的插销和拔销动作,实现摆杆与转动平台的连接与否,从而实现转动平台的间歇圆周运动。该新型间歇机构将滑块摆杆机构和液压传动系统有机结合,可有效解决常用间歇机构不能适应的重载问题。该机构可通过液压控制系统实现自动控制,满足自动化生产需求,具有广泛的应用前景。 The slider was the driving member and the swing block could swing a stipulated angle for the swinging block slider mechanism driven by the hydraulic cylinder. By the motions of hydraulic cylinder which installed on the swing block inserting bolt and pulling out bolt, it could attain the connection and no connection each other of swing block and turning platform. As a result, it was arrived at intermittent circular motion. The new hydraulic intermittent mechanism organically combined the swinging block slider mechanism and the hydraulic transmission system. It can solve the problem of heavy load which common intermittent mechanism is not adapted. It can be auto-controlled by hydraulic controlling system and satisfy the requirements of automated production. It will have extensive application prospect.
