摘要
基于前人研究成果,提出了林化产品国际竞争力评价的新蛛网模型,该模型引入了蛛网面积的定量评价,指出了蛛网模型指标均匀分布的重要性,提出比较赋值法的正向化处理方案,有效避免了以往蛛网模型的面积失真现象。实证研究表明,改进蛛网模型解决了指标权重受主观因素影响的问题,但指标的个数及选取标准对蛛网面积和评价结果有较大影响,因此采用蛛网模型进行国际竞争力评价时,评价指标选取可根据需要灵活运用。此外,考虑到维度选取顺序的不同会影响蛛网模型面积,所有林化产品国际竞争力蛛网模型评价时的维度顺序必须保持一致,以确保评价结果的一致性和准确性。
The new spider net model in the evaluation on the international compenuveness of forest chemical product is put forward based on preceding research. The model brings forward the quantitative appraisal by spider net area; puts forward the importance of symmetrical distribution of spider net model's indexes; advances comparative evaluation method for plus orientation disposal and effectively avoids area distortion of ancient spider net model. Empirical research shows that improved spider net model can avoid subjective facts' influence on indexes" proportion. But the quantity of index and its selective standard has big effect on spider net area and evaluation consequence. Ifs flexible to select evaluation indexes when you appraise international competitiveness by spider net model. Furthermore, the different order will affect the area of spider net model. In order to insure the coherence and veracity of evaluation consequence, the order of every forest chemical product must be identical in appraise international competitiveness by spider net model.
