摘要
为解决复杂复合材料构件的整体一次成型问题,提高复合材料制品的整体性能,降低生产成本,本文采用硅橡胶制备软模,利用其柔韧性解决常规模具无法一次成型的问题。并通过软模/真空灌注工艺制备了带内翻法兰半球,以验证其工艺可行性。通过比较与其他工艺制备的复合材料的性能,探讨其使用前景。结果表明:采用软模/真空灌注工艺可一次整体成型内翻法兰半球等复杂构件,制品的性能稳定。
In order to solve the overall forming problem and improve the overall performance of complex composite components, finally to reduce the production costs. This study uses the flexibility of soft silicon rubber mold, to solve the conventional mold process could not overall forming problem. With soft mold / vacuum assisted resin infusion process to prepare the hemisphere with inverted flange, in order to verify the feasibility of this process. And by comparing the performance with other techniques to explore the prospects for this process. The results showed that : The soft mode / vacuum assisted resin infusion process can be overall forming the hemisphere with inverted flange and the performance of the product is stability.
