摘要
本系统以ARM Crotex-M3为控制核心,利用线性可变差动变压器完成微小位移测量,系统主要包括正弦信号激励源、差动变压器、信号测量、数据采集和位移控制4个部分,辅以相应的模拟电路,能实现较精确的位移测量功能。
the paper used the ARM Crotex-M3 as the control core and the liner varying differential transformer (LVDT) to complete the small displacement measurement, the system includes incentives sine signal source, differential transformer, signal measurement and data acquisition, displacement control. And with relevant analog circuits, the system can measure the displacement precisely.
