表面肌电生物反馈对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨表面肌电生物反馈对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法 30例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各15例。两组患者均给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上给予生物反馈治疗,对照组在常规康复训练的基础上给予针刺治疗。两组均于治疗前和治疗4个疗程后进行Brunnstrom运动功能分级、简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)下肢运动功能评定和表面肌电图肌电积分值(iEMG)测定。结果 4个疗程结束后,两组的Brunnstrom分级、FMA及iEMG较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论表面肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的恢复有明显的促进作用。 Objective To explore the effect of surface electromyogram biofeedback stimulation on lower limb function of stroke hemi- plegic patients. Methods 30 stroke patients following hemiplegia were divided into 2 groups: observation group (n=15) and control group (n= 15). 2 groups were given conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group added surface electromyogram biofeedback stimulation training, while the control group added acupuncture. Brunnstrom's recovery stages, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and electromyo- graphic parameters were assessed before and 4 courses after the treatment. Results Both groups had significantly higher Brunnstrom's and FMA scores and better integrated electromyogram (P〈0.05), but the observation group was significantly better than the control group after the treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Surface electromyogram biofeedback stimulation training can facilitate to provide satisfactory rehabili tation effects for lower limb function ofhemiplegic stroke patients.
