摘要
为试图找到适合安顺实际的高层次人才资源开发途径,文章以人力资源开发理论为理论支撑,采用文献资料法,从安顺实际出发,分析安顺市高层次人才资源现状,阐述安顺市高层次人才资源开发环境,有针对性地提出增强高层次人才资源开发意识、高层次人才资源开发多渠道化等几个安顺市高层次人才资源开发策略。
In this paper, we attempt to find a suitable development approach of high-level talents resource for An shun actual conditions. This paper which is based on the theory of human resource development theory uses the methods of literature research to analyze An shun reality and the status of An shun high-level talents resource. Then this paper describes the development environment of An shun high-level talents resource and puts forward several development strategy about An shun high--level talents resource development, such as enhancing development awareness of high-level talents resource development, multiple channels of high--level talents resource development and so on.
