摘要
由于现代建筑大规模修建,功能复杂多样,需要消耗各种大量的能源和资源,给人类赖以生存的环境带来了很大的负担。发展生态建筑是解决目前建筑物能耗大、污染严重的必然途径。从生态建筑的围护结构、建筑设备、楼宇自控系统等方面提出了诸多节能措施,能有效减低能耗、减少对环境的污染,使人类与环境能持续发展。
As large-scale construction of modem buildings, functional complex and diverse, consume a variety of large amounts of energy and resources, the environment for human survival is a big burden. Development of eco-building is the solution to the current building energy consumption and serious pollution of the inevitable way. From the ecological building envelope, construction equipment, building automation systems and other aspects of the many energy-saving measures can effectively reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution, so that human beings and the environment to sustainable development.
