摘要
比色法是中药化学中常用的含量测定方法,其显色反应灵敏,操作简单,成本低,本文论述了比色法的基本原理及其在黄酮类成分、皂苷、多糖、生物碱及多肽类成分含量测定方面的应用。
The colorimetry is commonly used in chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine for the determination. Its color reaction is sensitive. The operation is simple, and the cost is low. This paper discussed the basic principle of colorimetry, and the application in determination of flavonoids, saponins, polysaccharide, alkaloid and polypeptide.
