摘要
提出了液相色谱-串联质谱联用法测定化妆品中米诺地尔含量的方法。样品经甲醇超声提取，用高效液相色谱分离后，采用电喷雾串联质谱进行定性和定量检测。线性范围为2～100ng·mL-1，线性相关系数r大于0．99，方法的检出限为2g·kg-1（S／N=10），高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标回收率在90％～110％o之间，测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）小于10％。
A sensitive method for determination of minoxidil in cosmetics by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS-MS） was established. The cosmetics sample was ultrasonically extracted by methanol, then separated and determined by HPLC-ESI-MS-MS. A linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 0- 100 ng · mL-1. The linear correlation coefficient of the method is above 0.99. The detection limit of method is 2 g · kg-1 （S/N = 10）. When the recoveries at three levels rang from 90% to 110%, the values of the relative standard deviation （n = 6） were less than 10%.
