摘要
把例会制度引进高校图书馆,对提高图书馆的管理水平、业务效能、群体沟通和会议质量有明显作用。本文剖析了例会的目的、要领和操作体系,就如何在高校图书馆实施例会制度提出具体办法。
It plays a significant role in improving the management level,operational effectiveness,group communication and meeting quality that introducing the regular meeting to the libraries in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the purpose,main points and operating system of the regular meeting and puts forward specific means of carrying out the regular meeting in libraries of colleges and universities.
